結論由各方法來看OBArF線性TS結構之B-Ar鍵及Ar-F鍵會比OBArF分子分別約長0.2~0.3Å及短0.1Å左右

OBNgF→OBF+NgBending TS 結構

結論由各方法來看OBArFbending ts結構之B-Ar鍵及Ar-F鍵比OBArF分別0.1Å0.2Å左右A(B-Ar-F)鍵角會從原本的180度縮減到約為109度左右
